I’ll be the first to admit, I have a weak immune system. As a preteen, I had to repeat the 7^th grade, because I was sick constantly and missed three quarters of my 7^th grade year from illness. It gives me a great energy boost and serves to perk me up in the morning. Taking it without any food in your system will allow the vitamins to be absorbed by your body.
